Dear Mr. Ruperez, 

    We take great pleasure to inform you that Mr. Wellington Y. Tsao, currently Deputy Chairman and Secretary General of this Organization, has been elected by our new Board of Directors as Chairman of the Euro-Asia Trade Organization (EATO). He is replacing Ambassador Tchen Hiong-fei.

    Mr. Tsao will concurrently serve as Secretary General of EATO. We look forward to your continued support and cooperation.
