对于配载贵司上述航线的货物，我司向贵公司申请签发海运单，保证遵守贵公司以下规则：

1、对于签发海运单的货物,在订舱时，在订舱托书上加注SEA WAYBILL字样；

2、订舱托书上的收货人必须为记名收货人，有详细名称和地址；

3、签发海运单后, 就同一票货不再签发海洋提单；

4、海运单不再作电放处理；

5、船开航后的更改参照海洋提单的更改规则，并遵守海关的相关规定；

6、贵司有关海运单的其他要求。

本保函长期有效。上述情形若有变动，我司将及时通知贵司，以便贵司操作；若我司未作及时通知，由此造成贵司的一切风险、责任和损失由我司承担。

3. Regarding the same shipment, the B/L would not be issued repeatedly.

4. After issuing the sea waybill, NO correction is acceptable.
